Since January 1, 2001 I have been actively promoting Atenism online and have seen various periods of activity with it's ups and downs. My first website was simple and I had created an account with a different message board which has long been abandoned and deleted with a lot of the information lost. I had saved a backup of the postings but unfortunately my computer had crashed and lost it all. Even so this present message board I will keep alive forever if possible, because even though activity on this site is slow, at the time of this posting there are 350 postings with a lot of good information. I've been reading through them and I've come to a realization that there is something lacking in terms of a coherent and organized understanding of what modern Atenism is all about. It’s one thing to believe in a single God and that is that. That is what I would term a philosophical approach in the understanding that God is One without a personal connection other than God is creator and nurturer of life in the Cosmos. I would like to see a somewhat more advanced knowledge and application of such knowledge in our everyday lives. So I have come to the conclusion that I must outline what modern Atenism is and how to apply this knowledge in our lives to the fullest extent for our own benefit as well as for the benefit of all mankind. I will keep you informed.
