Dear Visitor, Thank you for visiting our site. Akhetaten Fellowship is world's foremost exponent of Atenism in the world. We represent the minority of Atenists that do exist. Our religion is not based on blind faith but on a proper knowledge of God's plan both spiritually and scientifically. Ours is a religion of science. When we read Akhenaten's hymn to Aten (sun disk), he praises the sun for it's life giving properties. There is nothing unscientific or superstitious about our religion. Quantum physics for example indicates that there is what we may call a "spiritual" component to our reality. Waves and particles intermingling to form our universe. Wherever science leads us we as Atenists follow that path and not the paths of false prophets. We are believers in the evolutionary process that has created life and human intelligence. The plan of God is the laws of God as laid out in science that leads to Intelligence. We live in an intelligent universe and we as humans are children of that Intelligence. Either we obey the laws of science for our benefit or we follow the irrational ways of false religion that is destructive to our lives. Meryre |
